Building Re-design

Arch House was an old building in New Cairo that was very badly built and had lots of engineering and construction problems.

The owner came to us hoping for a renovation to use the building as a family home. He left with a perfectly designed residential building, born from within the old one.

And the surprise is that we didn’t even demolish the old building!

Arch House is currently being constructed under our supervision and management.
